How the graph works in Galaxy

Galaxy links every object and source into one connected graph, so you can move from any customer to their orders, tickets, contacts, and the teams that own them — and see exactly where each fact came from.
  1. 1.

    Nodes and edges.

Each modeled object becomes a node; each relationship becomes an edge. The result is a single graph of your business — customers, orders, accounts, tickets, and the connections between them.

  2. 2.

    Map — explore visually.

The map lets you start from any record and expand outward, following edges to discover how things relate. Clusters and labels keep even a large graph readable.

  3. 3.

Search — ask in plain language.

Search the graph semantically: describe what you're looking for — 'enterprise accounts with open escalations' — and Galaxy returns the matching records along with the path it traversed to find them.

  4. 4.

    Provenance — trust every fact.

For any value in the graph, provenance shows which sources contributed it, how confident Galaxy is, and when it was last verified.
